2nd Samuel 20 Just how many people has Joab murdered anyway?

Good Sunday morning, I hope you are up soon and plan on going to your church home, “Church Family” as I like to call it. We are made for community; it is part of God’s design in us! No, churches are not perfect, none of them are! After all, we are all fallen, and the church, therefore, is made up of fallen, imperfect people! Our church (StoneWater Church) has a motto, “No Perfect People Allowed!” We hope that new people will learn to live a transparent life that begins with healing from our past and going forward as a New Creation in Christ! We are a safe place for sinners to start a new life in Christ! We have six campuses in North Central and one in West Texas, and of course, online for shut-ins.

If you are on the other side of the world, God has us there, too! We work with churches all over the globe, through our REM program, from Israel to Ireland, Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain, to all over the USA! Please go look it up and see if we can help your local church too (help, not control)! We exist to tell people about the Gospel and then grow them in their relationship with God!

Well, we are not here to promote one church above another; we are here for The Daily Bible Challenge, that is my calling in this life! I am here to tease, entice, or just about anything shy of breaking the Ten Commandments to convince you to read the whole Bible for yourself! We do that here daily, one chapter at a time (sometimes two if they are short). Cover to cover in context from one of the best word-for-word translations of our time. The audiobook of the NASB 95 is a direct translation from the Greek and Hebrew languages to modern-day plain English. We can bring this to you because of the good folks at Blueletterbible.org.

We are in 2nd Samuel 20 today, and we will read more about the murderous activities from Joab, King David’s leader of his military. This man is a ruthless murderer. It makes you wonder if King David sees him as a necessary evil. What are your thoughts? We welcome your comments and questions via PM/DM. Click the link below and listen for yourself.

  Talk with you soon!

P.S. We switch to our yearly tradition of the Christmas Story accounts in the Bible tomorrow!
