Revelation 19 Did Jesus have a tattoo?

Good Saturday morning to all of you, yes, if you are new here we do this seven days a week, and 365 days a year. This little ministry called The Daily Bible Challenge’s sole purpose is to inspire you of the importance of reading/listening to God’s word through the Bible He left us! We like to say stop listening to gossip about God and start listening to God about God! I wake up early and spend my time in prayer and the word, in my little corner office looking out over The Little Hundred Acre Wood. Then ask the Holy Spirit to give me a little something to talk with y'all about and I write it down and edit it a few times and then publish it with links on many social media platforms with hopes that some of this seed will fall on fertile soils and take root in your hearts!

We are in chapter 19 of the book of Revelation this morning. It is not an easy section, but it is better than some of the others in this book. There is great hope in these words, although there is also great sorrow for those that try to fight the Lord here. Today we have a great battle and find out who wins in the end! The imagery in this chapter is stellar in its details. I can only aspire to such great descriptive writing! I try hard not to teach here, and not to give enough detail that you will treat these words as cliffnotes and skip clicking the link to listen for yourself! Blueletterbible.org has gone to great efforts to make this link available to all of us. My words have little power, but the words here have the power over life and death for eternity! Why do I write you? Out of the Love God has taught me to have for His people, it is not one of my original natural-born personality traits, but it is something He gave me, so please don’t put me on some pedestal, I will fail you, God never will! He may not give you everything you want but His gift is more precious than anything we can imagine!

There are some great study points in this section, questions like did Jesus have a tattoo can be answered easily in this chapter (clue: He does not as that would violate Jewish law that He was bound to follow). Another great clue as you read/listen would be that the two-edged sword is the Word/Bible. We also read of how Jesus will be marrying the Church (His bride). I also like how even John, as an eye witness, fell to his knees worshipping an angel or creature by mistake and was corrected. I could see me messing something up like that! Thanks in advance for your comments and questions sent via DM/PM, we will reply personally to each contact!

   Talk with you soon!
